I’m 10k miles in with my Certified Pre-Owned '21 Tiguan R-Line Black Edition, and so far, so good. Mike from the Service Center and Alex from the Finance Center at City VW of Evanston have been excellent. Their communication, transparency, and fairness have made for an easy-going, no-hassle experience — which, as anyone familiar with the auto industry can attest, is a much-appreciated rarity. I was looking to drive a VW Taos and a Mazda CX30. Went to Evanston to browse both dealers to test drive these cars. Ended at the VW dealer first, low and behold they had a previously owned 2021 Mazda CX30 with 17K miles. While looking at the cars, Ian Edmonson approached and asked if he could help. Ian was very helpful from the start, patient, and kind. My son and I test drove the Mazda on the way to the garage to look at a Taos. Passed on the Taos once I sat in it. After some discussion, I purchased the Mazda. Ian couldn't have been more attentive. Alex Paszkowski, Finance Manager, was extremely kind and friendly. Overall, I am very pleased with the Mazda. Had a great experience at City Volkswagen of Evanston. Gilbert was great as well as the guy in the business office. They were personable, clear and efficient. And they didn’t try to pull any funny business - like I’ve experienced at other dealerships. It was a smooth process and way less stressful than I had anticipated (and experiences at other dealers in the past). I highly recommend going there for your next car.

I think this is the best dealership in the city I want to their sister shop in Irving Park and there's no comparison Mario goes above and beyond to make sure he's finding you the right vehicle he shows you options proactively and is patient and often focused on meeting your needs versus selling you any car Mario found me the best car possible more than I bargained for in the best way and I'm very grateful their approach is not salesy but more of a partnership this is definitely the place to go Mario is an awesome salesperson to work with and Alex the finance person is equally wonderful highly recommend. This is my 2nd time leasing from them.

Ricky was very attentive, straightforward, and polite. He didn't have a very aggressive pushy approach as many salesman do. To tell you what kind of person he is my mom had back pain and he offered her his own recliner chair from underneath so she was more comfortable. I definitely recommend him.
